About St. Vincent
Faith, compassion, and medical excellence — the foundations of everything we do. Care for Four Decades.
Our Story
Kerala's Foremost Diabetic Research Centre
St. Vincent Diabetes Research Centre and Hospital was founded on 23 July 1986 in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur — established by the Sisters to bring the healing love of Christ to the sick and the poor of Kerala.
For nearly four decades, our research-driven, evidence-based approach has helped thousands of patients across Kerala understand, manage, and in many cases reverse their diabetes. We combine the latest clinical evidence with the compassionate care of our Sisters.
Today we are NABH Entry Level Accredited, home to 6 specialist doctors, and have served over 50,000 patients — remaining true to our founding mission of holistic, affordable, Christ-centred healthcare.
"To impart the healing love of Jesus Christ through compassionate and holistic health care."
